Most of my sessions in the area take place at York Hall Leisure Centre, which has a well-equipped gym, an award-winning spa, and a swimming pool. It's one of East London's best-known training venues, and a great option for focused one-to-one training.

I also coach clients in Weavers Fields and Bethnal Green Gardens, but York Hall is usually the first choice for those looking for consistency, equipment access, and a comfortable indoor setting. Being based nearby in Wapping allows me to offer flexible sessions during early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Who I Coach

Clients include people returning to exercise after time away, recreational athletes working on fitness goals, and older adults looking to stay active and mobile. Some stay with me long-term, others train for a few months with a clear goal in mind.

I’ve helped clients build consistency, regain confidence after minor injuries, and push toward sport-specific outcomes. One of my oldest clients is 78, and I work with each person at a level that makes sense for them.

Sessions are available one-to-one at York Hall Leisure Centre, or outdoors, depending on your preference and availability.
